 Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing before it is shipped. 

Once a tracking number has been provided of your order, we are not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen items. Tracking confirms the responsibility of The Tres Chic Collection delivering your item as promised, and thereafter then becomes the responsibility of the post office.
